— Midas-Certified Assessments

Every component assessed. Every result documented.

Driver behaviour, vehicle readiness, and route management — evaluated in sequence against the full Midas framework. The scope does not vary by client.

/ Three Assessment Pillars

Full MiDAS scope, no components omitted

Driver Behaviour

Vehicle Readiness

Route Management

Observation of hazard perception, speed management, mirror discipline, and passenger safety during live route conditions. Every observed behaviour is recorded.

Pre-drive inspection covering mirrors, tyres, controls, emergency equipment, and seating configuration. Deficiencies are documented before the route assessment begins.

Evaluation of route planning decisions, passenger boarding procedures, and response to road conditions. Assessed against MiDAS operator standards, not general driving criteria.

How the Assessment Works

Three hours. Written report. No variation.

Step 1 — Pre-Assessment Briefing

The assessor reviews the vehicle documentation and outlines the assessment structure with the driver. Scope is confirmed; nothing is adjusted to suit the operator.

Step 2 — On-Road Assessment

A structured drive of approximately two hours on a pre-determined route. Driver behaviour is observed and recorded in real time. The assessor does not intervene unless safety demands it.

Step 3 — Written Assessment Report

A written report is issued covering all three pillars. The format meets insurer and operator documentation standards and can be submitted directly to regulatory bodies.
